Supporting this is the motto of the ship: “Saturday morning fun with Sunday morning values.”

This boat is one of many Christian themed cruises offered by Premiere Christian Cruises. The company has generally offered Christian music cruises, and was founded upon that forte. Other music affiliates, such as the nationally telecasted Christian station K-Love, have even teamed up with the business.

Roy Morgan, one of the co-owners of the company, states on their website, “We saw a huge niche for family vacations that were clean and wholesome and something more than a week away from home.”

“People wanted a way to recharge their spiritual batteries and spend much-needed time with their families.”

The VeggieTales vessel will depart from Tampa, Fla., on Aug. 9 toward Cozumel, Mexico, with a return scheduled for Aug. 13. The ship will provide Carnival Cruise Line activities as well as many VeggieTale themed pursuits.
