Family members of the late Whitney Houston are concerned that in the short time since her mother's passing Bobbi Kristina has been spiraling out of control, and they fear she is headed down the same path as her mother.

Both of the 18-year-old parents battled drug addiction through their careers. Houston, who was only 48, died on Feb. 11. Although her death is still under investigation it is suspected that the iconic singer died from a lethal mix of prescription drugs and alcohol.

Bobbi Kristina has been hospitalized two times for anxiety since her mother's death.

UsMagazine.com said Houston's mother Cissy and cousin, Dionne Warwick, are concerned about Bobbi Kristina's drug use and trying to get Bobbi Kristina into a rehabilitation center.

"Whitney's passing is sending Bobbi off the deep end," one insider told UsMagazine.com. The source also added the family was "shocked" as to the degree of her addiction, stating, "Bobbi's problems are out of control."

After Houston's funeral service, sources told the Daily Beast that Bobbi Kristina was found in a hotel "getting high."

"It's a horrible situation for everybody," the source said. "They tried to save Whitney, and it didn't work. Now with Bobbi Kristina, they fear the same thing is happening again and they won't be able to stop it either."

According to TMZ, Bobbi Kristina has struggled with substance-abuse issues for several years and her family is eager to get her into rehab.

At the funeral service Saturday, Bobbi Kristina reportedly "broke down" during the ceremony, but did "pretty good, all considering," a source told People magazine.

Another source from the funeral claimed that it was her father, Bobby Brown, who made Bobbi Kristina go over the edge. When funeral organizers refused to make room for all his guests he reportedly became agitated, and later left the funeral after just 20 minutes.

"That was just too much for Bobbi Kristina to handle. All that drama, and Cissy finally asked him to come in and stay, but Bobby wouldn't. Cissy only did that to help Bobbi Kristina, because Cissy cannot stand Bobby. She just didn't want a big drama with him on that day of all days," according to source close to the family.
