'Bones' Season 10 News, Spoilers: Team Investigates the Murder of A Crossword Puzzle Master

Two exciting things are expected to happen in the hit police-procedural drama series "Bones" Season 10 as it was reported that Daisy Wick (Carla Gallo) will be delivering her baby while the rest of the Jeffersonian team will be investigating a curious crime involving the death of a crossword puzzle master.

The season's premiere did end unexpectedly with Lance Sweets (John Francis Daley) getting killed. But his spirit lives on as his partner, Daisy, is now due to deliver their baby boy that was named after him.

A spoiler report from Zap2It revealed that the laboring Daisy will find comfort from her doula, Valentina (guest star Mindy Cohn). She helped in delivering the newest member of the family.

Further reports from TV Line also suggested that this moment will be a "bittersweet and emotional experience" for the characters.

"Maybe it was supposed to be dramatic, but I don't think I'm capable of that," actress Carla Gallo previews with a chuckle. "I feel like to do a dramatic birth is too upsetting for anyone to watch."

Fans will also follow the team going after a murder case of a puzzle master. The Futon Critic provided a full synopsis.

"After a famous crossword puzzle master is found in an urban fracking site, the Jeffersonian team investigates puzzle champ's fellow players in order to track down the killer. After discovering that the victim was suffering from a mental illness when he died, the team realizes the case is much more complicated than it seemed," the summary reads.

"Bones" Season 10 Episode 8 titled "The Puzzler in the Pit" airs this Thursday, Nov. 20, at 8 p.m. on FOX.
