"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville has been criticized by fans for failing to give newcomer Yolanda Foster a warm welcome to the show during taping for season three.

The outspoken Bravo TV star made quite a mark during a tense meeting with Foster, who is married to renowned music producer David Foster. The pair met at an event which was held at their co-star Lisa Van der Pump's Villa Blanca restaurant and small talk about Foster's ex-husband quickly turned sour.

"Your ex-husband is Mohamed [Hadid]. You know everyone, you've slept with everyone, it's all good," Brandi told a stunned Foster.

"'It's a small town,' but then Brandi's claws came out," Foster was later heard saying.

Van der Pump did her best to diffuse the situation by explaining Glanville's drama-filled history with the other women.

"Brandi started off in a bad place with the other women," Van der Pump said.

The tense encounter is set to air during the show's season three premiere episode on Nov. 5 and Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong, and sisters Kyle and Kim Richards are also returning to the hit reality TV show. Viewers can expect recurring drama and vicious catfights throughout the upcoming season, although new reports suggest that Foster is struggling to fit in with all of her Bravo TV cast mates.

"Yolanda doesn't bring any drama to the table. She isn't fighting with the other women and she isn't doing anything outrageous. She is a bore!" a source previously told RadarOnline.com.

The mother of three initially expressed her reluctance to participate in the show and admitted that it would be a life altering decision.

"I'm not there yet, I'm thinking about it. I'm not sure that's what I want to do," Foster previously told Star Magazine. "It's a big decision to make! I'm taking this week to think about it."
