Brazilian churches have joined a government firearm disarmament drive that is organized through the National Council of Christian Churches

Various Brazilian denominations have joined a government-sponsored firearm disarmament drive. The campaign, which runs through June 2005, is being organized through the National Council of Christian Churches (CONIC).
