The Brooklyn Nets and the Toronto Raptors will play in Game 7 of their NBA 2014 Playoffs series on Sunday lunchtime, and both teams will leave everything out on the court today to try and claim the win. Nothing has been able to separate the teams until now, but now it comes down to a win or go home best of one match up at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario and something has to give. The game will start at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ABC network or online through free live stream (details below).
The Nets managed to extend the series to a decisive Game 7 by claiming a fantastic win in Game 6.
Neither team has been able to pull away and snatch the series in this match up, and it's difficult to assess who will be favorites to win here today.
Of course the Raptors have home court advantage, but when it comes down to one game such as this and the stakes are so high, really anything can happen.
Amazingly these two teams have played each other 10 times so far this season, and the combined scores of those games so far are 767-766 in favor of the Raptors. Just a single point difference across 10 games shows just how close this match up is.
Toronto will be looking to stop Joe Johnson in today's Game 7, and if they are unable to contain him then they could struggle. They did manage to keep him to just 17 points in Game 6, however, Deron Williams managed to pile on 23 points.
The Raptors must also wake up in offense. They were terrible in Game 6, and if they are as absent in Game 7 then they will be kissing their Playoff dreams goodbye today.
