Buffalo Bills vs San Francisco 49ers could potentially be a very one-sided match up on Sunday, however, the Bills will be looking to raise their game and cause an upset. The game starts at 4.25 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).

The Bills travel to Candlestick Park to face the 49ers coming off the back of a humiliating defeat against the New England Patriots. They lost their week 4 game 52-28, and in particular their second half performance, where they conceded a massive 45 points, was especially embarrassing for Buffalo fans and players alike.

THe 49ers have no such issues coming into this game, and in fact for them it is almost the exact polar opposite. San Francisco are coming into this week 5 match up off the back of one of their most convincing wins in recent times - destroying the New York Jets 34-0 at Meadowlands.

San Francisco look even better this season, and apart from a disappointing result in Minnesota, so far they have looked every bit as good as their team that reached the NFC Championship Game last season.

The Bills will need to sort out their defense if they are not to be completely annihilated again today - their biggest problem over their first four games of the season has been their defense. They have been absent far too often in trying to stop the run, and if they follow the same pattern again today it could be even worse than last week.

Not many would predict anything other than a big win for the 49ers today, but if the Bills can put on a tight display and upset the San Francisco routine, it could be closer than many expect.
