A new type of video is appearing all over Youtube, and each one contains a "hidden" message from the creator, revealing the hurt and pain affecting these individuals.

The most recent is that of Jonah Mowry, a 14-year-old bullied teen who made a powerful video chronicling his bouts with depression and suicidal thoughts.

The video called, "Whats goin on" [sic] was uploaded in August but really has recently started catching fire.

In the touching and emotionally charged video, Mowry sits in front of his computer while the song "Breathe Me," by Sia plays in the background. He then holds up a series of index cards telling his story of cutting, abuse, and bullying.

"I've cut...a lot. I have scars. Suicide was an option...many times," two of the cards said.

Following a listed a number of the insults he had received, the eighth grader ended the video on a happy and encouraging tone. "I'm not going anywhere, because I'm stronger than that. I have a million reasons to be here," he stated.

Another video posted by 16-year-old Kaitlin Brand deals with her mother's suicide.

Brand found her mother's body hanging in the woods after an apparent suicide just days before Kaitlin's 16th birthday.

In this video the teen held up pieces of paper, much like Mowry, revealing her thoughts on her mother’s death. However, in this video, Brand remained upbeat and spoke about being happy because that is what her mother would want.

“I’m in 10th grade and have amazing friends,” one of the papers's said.

“I love them. They’ve helped me through a lot. If you were to ask someone about me... They’d probably tell you, ‘She’s one of the strongest girls I know.’”

Brand addressed her mother as a beautiful guardian angel who watched out for her below.

She then implored anyone, thinking of suicide, who was watching the video to get help.

“If you are having suicidal thoughts, or know someone who is, GET HELP,
