Busy Phillips Baby Girl: Star Shares First Photo Online (PHOTO)

"Cougar Town" actress Busy Philips, who just gave birth to her second child with Marc Silverstein, has posted a picture of her new daughter on Twitter.

A former star on "Dawson's Creek," Phillips welcomed her second daughter into the world on Tuesday, just two days before the Fourth of July. The 34 year-old actresses also has a 4-year old daughter with her husband who she has been married to since 2007. The actress tweeted one of the first pictures of the baby girl Wednesday, although the couple has yet to release a name.

"So this happened," the actress said in a tweet, offering a black and white photo of her carrying her new bundle of joy.

In a message to Paul Tomkins, Phillips confirmed Wednesday that a new name for the baby was still up in the air.

"No name yet. We are trying out several!" she said in an iPhone message that was uploaded to Tomkins blog. Tomkins jokingly added that they should call their daughter RuPaul F. Tomkins Silverstein, but Phillips had no apparent response for that.

At birth, the baby was deemed healthy, weighing in at eight pounds and five ounces. Philips said in a previous interview that her daughter Birdie was excited about the pregnancy.

"She's actually incredibly helpful and she's 4 1/2, so she's really understanding things. When I say, like, 'Mom can't carry you right now because the baby in her tummy is pressing down on her bladder!' She understands what that means and she's cool with it," Philipps told the Huffington Post at the premiere of her film "A Case of You."

"But we'll see what happens when the actual baby comes," Philipps added. "I'm planning for that moment, like, 'And when does she go back?' I know that will happen."
