A woman who claims to have been kidnapped by Isidro Garcia 10 years ago has escaped and is now telling her story, though she refuses to be identified by the media. The woman is grateful that God has been with her and her family, even though she has been through hell in the past 10 years.

In 2004, the then-15-year-old was kidnapped by her mother's friend, Garcia, after he assaulted her mother. He then kidnapped the teen while she was walking in a nearby park. Garcia was kept in a locked garage at a house in Compton, California. She was beaten, raped, and told that her parents were not looking for her and if she tried to escape, she and her family would be deported.

"I was 15. I couldn't do anything," the victim told ABC News. "I was very afraid about everything, because I was alone. I thought I was alone, but I never was. My family was with me."

The mother said that she too felt helpless to do anything about her daughter's disappearance even though she suspected that he was sexually abusing her 15-year-old daughter.

"He worked hard for me and my daughter and he bought everything I want, but I need love of my family – not things. I'm happy [now]. God is everything," she said.

The young girl was raped and forced to give birth to Garcia's daughter, who is now three years old. The two have been reunited with her family and give thanks to God for the reunion and for never leaving their side, even when things looked their worst.

"I'm so happy and God-blessed to be with my family. That's what I want all the time. All the time, I cry for them, more for my mom and my sisters," the unnamed girl said.

A nanny who worked for the family said that she never thought Garcia was capable of doing any such horrendous thing to the young girl. A neighbor also questioned the victim's story.

"I think it's all lies," a neighbor told NBC-LA. "She has her own car, she could have easily driven to the police station and tell them, 'I don't feel safe.'"

Garcia has been charged with kidnapping, rape, committing a lewd act with a minor and false imprisonment. He is currently being held in a Santa Ana prison.
