'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare': Four New Weapons Discovered

Recently discovered weapons may still be reworked by 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's' developers

The collection of weapons inside "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" could still be growing, as additional firearms were discovered in the game's files just a few days ago.

Images of the new weapons were shared over on Reddit by "Naywyn," and there are four of them that could soon be made available to players.

The first of the newly discovered weapons is the Hades, and according to the description included in the image, this one will feature dual barrels and dual magazines. Players can also expect shorter reload times when they use this weapon.

Next up is the VR-AR46, and this fully automatic energy rifle boasts a customized barrel that allows users to be more accurate whenever they are using it.

The third weapon is currently listed as the WEAPON_MINILMG, though that name will likely change should this firearm eventually be made available to "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" players. While there is no description available for this weapon, some fans have already expressed interest in seeing it added eventually.

The last of the four weapons discovered by "Naywyn" is the WEAPON_MP28. Fans have hinted that this may end up being known just as the MP28 inside the game. A description for this weapon was also not included in the image.

While these weapons may already be in the game's files, there are still no exact dates known for when they may be added.

As Charlie Intel noted in a recent report, these four weapons being tagged as works-in-progress by "Naywyn" would seem to suggest that the developers may still edit and tweak them further.

Still, given that the Hades and the VR-AR46 appear to be further along in the development process, it would not be that surprising if these two were added to the game first.

More news about the additions coming to "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" should be made available in the near future.
