Looking at their stats, Alvarez sports a 46-1-1 record with 32 wins by knockout, while Khan has a 31-3 record with 19 wins coming by knockout.

Between the two, Khan is older at 29 years old, while Canelo is in a young age of 25.

Both are fighting off orthodox stances, with the height and reach virtually identical.

Looking at their last five matches, Canelo has won four and lost once, while Khan has won his last five bouts.

In his latest battle, Canelo beat Miguel Cotto via unanimous decision. On the other hand, Khan outlasted Chris Algieri in a decision win as well.

The winner gets Canelo's WBC Middleweight Championship and below are some of the things that either fighter can do to win the matchup.

Canelo

For Canelo, it is simple – he is one of the best attractions in the industry at the moment with his approach to fighting, he is definitely not scared of facing Khan.

With power and the penchant for taking punishment on his side, Canelo should try to methodically breakdown Khan.

His body shots should be one of the biggest weapons to use against Khan. Not only will it slow down th Englishman, but it can potentially set-up a finishing blow once the opportunity opens itself.

Khan

For Khan, his speed is definitely his weapon. He has improved in more aspects of his game but there is little doubt that he will be on the move throughout the night.

Expect Khan to try and stick and move and hopefully he can catch Canelo flat-footed and hit him with effective shots.

It should be interesting to see how power clashes with speed and with a title on the line, both fighters should be prepared.

We believe that Khan will put up a spirited effort, but it will be ultimately thwarted by Canelo.
