Cassie Reveals How Diddy Inspires Her to Create an Empire

Cassie Ventura, the 27-year-old model and singer who is dating rap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, recently revealed the lessons that she learned from the entrepreneur.

Ventura recently covered Vibe Vixen magazine where she revealed that Diddy inspired her to create her own empire.

"Absolutely. Just being around him is a completely inspiring experience," Ventura told V. "Starting my own empire would be great... I'm trying to figure that out. I'm still working with Cassie Enterprises right now but I think that would be something I would love to do."

While both the singer and her boyfriend are separated when traveling around the world for work, she shared her keys to maintaining a healthy relationship.

"The key to maintaining any relationship-be it a romantic relationship or a friendship-is honesty and communication," she told Vibe Vixen. "I travel so much, host parties and I just signed a new deal with Skam Artist, who predominantly DJs in the same bookings that they do at different parties. It's New York, Chicago, Vegas so I'm constantly going."

Combs, the head of Bad Boy Records, may have signed Ventura to his record label in 2006, but after years of rumors of a romantic relationship between the pair, he recently spoke about exchanging vows.

"It definitely would be a dream come true for me to just one day be ready for that...I'm not really looking because I know the responsibility that comes with that and I think that a lot of people, they jump into that and they're not honest with themselves," he said while on The View recently. "I'm brutally honest with myself. I don't want to get married and not make that woman be the best."

Still the rap mogul did not rule out the possibilities.

"I've been close to it and when I'm ready I'll make the announcement, but when I do it, I'm doing it forever," Combs said on The View.
