Celine Dion has listed her water park mansion located in Jupiter Island, Florida on the market for more than $70 million.
The Canadian born singer has decided to put her 5.7-acre home on the market. The 10,000 sq. foot mansion was only completed in 2010, but according to a real estate manager for the singer, Dion and her family now spend most of their time in Las Vegas the Montreal Gazette reported.
Dion, 45, now has three children with husband and manager Rene Angelil, whom she met when she was only 12. Dion gave birth to her first in 2001, named Rene-Charles, and welcomed twin boys Nelson and Eddy in 2010. The twins will be turning three in October.
The home the singer is selling comes complete with water park features, five buildings, 13 bedrooms, three pools, a beachfront and an all-white decor. The water park includes two water slides, a bridge over a lazy river, and a water gun station. But while Dion's children are just coming of age to enjoy some of those features, the singer appears to have no time to spend in the recently built mansion.
In 2010, Dion announced a three-year residency in Las Vegas that includes 70 shows a year. Last year she announced plans to release a 2013 English album titled "Water and a Flame." With much to do, the singer and her family apparently have no time for a lazy river.
The home has been listed at $72.5 million according to the Gazette. Next-door neighbors include Olivia Newton-John, Michael Jordan and Kid Rock. The home also includes a massive master closet with automated racks for clothing and an automated carousel for shoes.
Dion has mentioned in previous interviews that she has a she "obsession." During a March interview she revealed that she owns more than 3,000 pairs of shoes.
