Chris Brown Sells Hollywood Hills Graffiti Mansion; Wants New 'Dream Home' With Karruche Tran (VIDEO)

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are reportedly taking their relationship to the next level as insiders claim the couple is house hunting together.

The "Loyal" singer, 25, recently sold two of his Los Angeles properties in a bid to prepare for his fresh start with Tran, 26. Brown reportedly sold his three-bedroom Hollywood Hills graffiti mansion for $1.79 million three years after buying it for $1.5 million and his West Hollywood Penthouse was sold for the same $1.6 million he paid for it back in 2011, according to TMZ.com.

The real estate news comes two weeks after Brown was released from a Los Angeles County jail on June 2 after having served 108 days of a 131-day sentence for probation violation. The singer and Tran are currently searching for a brand new home that they can own together.

"All he wants is to be peaceful and to set up shop somewhere that will make him and Karrueche [Tran] happy," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"That's his lady. He wouldn't have it any other way. He loves her, loves being with her and one of the things he promised her while he was in jail was that he would stick by her, and he's continuing to do that," the insider explained.

The couple, who began dating in 2011, have been seemingly inseparable since Brown's jail release. They reportedly plan to continue living in Los Angeles as they look forward to the future.

"He wants it to be a dream home, an industrialized space that he and Karrueche can furnish and build together," the source said.

"His Hollywood home was cool but was more 'him' ... a bachelors pad. And even though she loved it, it wasn't homey or a place for them to really lay down roots," the insider explained.

Brown was arrested in March after being kicked out of a rehabilitation facility for violating its rules. It is still unclear why exactly the embattled singer, who was fulfilling his court-ordered anger management therapy, was kicked out of the facility, however, insiders claim it was due to inappropriate behavior.

Upon his release from jail on June 2 the singer took to social networking site Twitter to express gratitude.

"Humbled and Blessed … Back to the Music and the Fans … Thank you GOD," Brown wrote in a series of tweets Monday after his release.
