Chris Brown may be forced by a judge to serve a new 180-day term of community service, according to new reports out today. Documents have allegedly revealed that the singer never fulfilled his obligations for the sentence he was handed after being charged with beating Rihanna.

The R&B singer pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna in 2009 and was sentenced to 180 days of community service. Brown later submitted documents entailing the hours and activities he did to fulfill his service duty. Those documents, however, have now been claimed to be "bogus," according to a new report by TMZ.

According to the celebrity news publication he Los Angeles County District Attorney filed legal documents recently claiming Chris Brown violated his probation by "submitting bogus community service records."

The TMZ report also claims that Brown submitted details of him picking up trash in Virginia "when he was actually on a private jet to Cancun."

As part of the community service, Brown also alleged that he helped to wax floors among other tasks at a children's community center. The janitor at the center however, told investigators that he is the only person who cleans the floors. TMZ has reported that the Administrator of the Children's Center also allegedly tried to coax the janitor into lying but he refused.

After months of speculation, Rihanna admitted last week that she and Brown were dating again despite public criticism.

"Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake," she said in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine. "After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it."

The pop star also said that she had forgiven Brown because he was a "changed man" who has "paid his dues."

"He's not the monster everybody thinks," she added. "Of course everybody has their own opinions about him because of what he's done. That will always be there but he made a mistake and he's paid his dues."
