Chris Brown's Waitress Speaks Up After Sparking Rihanna Breakup Rumors

Chris Brown and Rihanna were the subject of breakup rumors when the former was pictured holding hands with a blonde woman in a Los Angeles nightclub. Now the woman is explaining her side of the story.

Brown, 23, was pictured holding hands with a waitress at Los Angeles Playhouse nightclub and locking eyes with the young woman around the same time that 25-year-old Rihanna was spotted courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers vs. Los Angeles Clippers game. However, Keisha Kimball, the 22-year-old waitress that was pictured with Brown, is speaking about the context of their relationship after becoming the subject of rumors surrounding he and Rihanna.

"I am always Chris' waitress. I know him and am friends with his friends," Kimball told TMZ recently. "Nothing has ever happened. I just work there."

Kimball went on to explain the photograph featuring her and Brown that became the subject of numerous blog headlines.

"In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of," Kimball told TMZ recently. "Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don't go for black guys."

While Kimball told the publication that she is not racist, she also spoke about Rihanna's role in Brown's life.

"Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them," Kimball told TMZ. "I'm not trying to be a homewrecker."

Although E! Online sources have claimed that Rihanna and Brown have ended their relationship, the latter did promotional interviews and spoke candidly about their union last week. Brown acknowledged that he is trying to be in a monogamous relationship and does not want to ruin things with the Barbadian singer.

"Temptation is crazy but the risk of losing the rest of it is worst," Brown said on the New York City "Breakfast Club" radio show last week. "From me being in the game at 15 I've had my fun."
