The Cleveland Browns will clash with the Oakland Raiders on Sunday afternoon in an NFL face off between the 3-8 teams. The Browns will be hoping to continue their more-impressive form of late, where as the Raiders will be hoping for anything else than what they've been producing recently. The game will start at 4.25 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream via the link below.

The Browns have been playing much better recently and have been competing in every game they've played in. However, the results on the whole have still be tough on them – that is until they smashed the Pittsburgh Steelers. That result has made many in the NFL stand up and take notice and realize that the Browns are likely not to be a pushover side any longer.

President Mike Holmgren has already departed in Cleveland, and although others connected with his tenure are still there it's fair to say they are fighting for their jobs in this final stretch of the season. Coach Pat Shurmur and General Manager Tom Heckert know they have had a terrible season, and will see the upcoming five games as a chance to set the record straight, and hopefully keep their jobs.

New CEO Joe Banner has been touted to be preparing for an overhaul of backroom staff, and to appoint his own hand-picked coaches. However, he has indicated he is willing to listen to what Shurmur and Heckert have to say. He recently said, "They both very much want the opportunity to see it through," according to the Canton Repository.

One thing Shurmur supporters will point out is that the Browns have undoubtedly been more competitive than in recent seasons. Although their current record of 3-8 has not entirely shown that, if they can go on a run to close out the season out it might just allow Shurmur a reprieve.

However, if they are to do that the Browns must cut out the turnovers, which have blighted their season.

Meanwhile, the Oakland Raiders have been terrible and are only salvaged from being bottom of the AFC West because the Kansas City Chiefs have been even worse with a record of 1-10. In recent weeks the Raiders have not shown the same intensity of fight coming out from the Browns, and if they continue on that path today then it will be another defeat for the lowly Raiders.
