Closer Looks at Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman Costumes From 'Batman v Superman' Revealed (VIDEO)

Director Zack Snyder just revealed a full-on look at the Dark Knight's costume for the upcoming DC Entertainment superhero film, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Fans got their first look at the full suit worn to be worn by Batman in next year's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" when director Zack Snyder posted the image on his Twitter account.

Snyder's new photo was released as a thank you to audiences who showed up to the weekend IMAX screening of "Batman v Superman" where a new trailer for the film was revealed.

Comic Book Trailers also released a video of NBA star, DeAndre Jordan's VIP tour of Warner Bros. Batman Exhibit, showing life-size replicas of Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman dressed in the actual costumes actors Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck will be wearing on screen.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is the sequel to DC Entertainment and Warner Bros's 2013 "Man of Steel," and will introduce the character of Batman, played by Ben Affleck, who takes exception to the perceived deity persona Superman, reprised by Henry Cavill, has taken on with his powers.

The movie will also bring in Wonder Woman, played by Gal Gadot, to establish her character with the movie a jump off point for her standalone film set for release in 2017.

"Batman v Superman" will star Jesse Eisenberg as iconic villain, Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons, as Bruce Wayne's butler, Alfred Pennyworth, and Holly Hunter in an as yet unannounced role.

Actors from "Man of Steel" will also be reprising their roles, including Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, and Laurence Fishburne as Daily Planet editor-in-chief, Perry White.

"Batman v Superman" is scheduled for a March 25, 2016 release in the U.S.
