The President and CEO of one of the nation's largest child development organizations has been elected to the board of directors of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB). According to Colorado-based Compassion International, Dr. Wess Stafford will serve a three-year term, guiding policy and direction of the international association of Christian communicators.

"I am so honored to work with other leaders of Christian organizations at the NRB to support ministry over the airwaves," Stafford said following his election to NRB's board.

With over 1,700 member organizations representing millions of viewers, listeners, and readers, the Virginia-based NRB exists to "represent the Christian broadcasters’ right to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world."
