Courtney Robertson and Arie Luyendyk were caught kissing at a restaurant just one week after icy villain of season 16 split from "Bachelor" Ben Flanjik. The incident has prompted questions over whether this is a rebound move from Courtney or whether the two are really an item.

Courtney and Arie were seen making out on Thursday night at Quiessence Restaurant in Phoenix, according to photos obtained by TMZ. Arie was the runner-up to Emily Maynard's season of the "Bachelorette."

Many of the women in the house had warned Ben of Courtney, saying that she was the one he needed to be aware of. But Ben shooed away their concerns, saying Courtney was not the woman they described while she was with him. In the end, he ignored all the naysayers and gave Courtney the final rose.

Courtney and Ben broke their engagement off last week saying things weren't working out.

While Emily picked Jef Holm in the final round of the reality show, their relationship has been plagued with scandal over doubts of whether Emily and Arie spent the night together in the fantasy suite before the final rose was given out. ABC producers allegedly cut out the scene where Arie chased after the couple's limo and disclosed their encounter.

But now that won't matter because Courtney Robertson and Arie Luyendyk seem to be an item.

Wetpaint has a source that says Arie has had a crush on Courtney for a while.

"It was a date. It was very casual, but it was a date," says the source. "In truth, Courtney and Ben hadn't been working for a long time. So now that they've announced their breakup, she's slowly dipping her foot back into the dating pool. Arie is someone she feels comfortable with. He's had a crush on her for a long time. But he would have never made a move on her while she was with Ben."
