An Arab-Israeli has been arrested in connection with Wednesday's bombing of a bus in Tel Aviv, in which 24 people were wounded. Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of creating the circumstances that caused the bombing.

Palestinian leaders are claiming victor over a cease-fire between Israel and Gaza, viewing it as a catalyst for unity between their divided factions. Supporters of Hamas and the Palestinian party Fatah gathered near Parliament in a rare display of unity that included their flags flying side by side. Justin Welby, who also supported the proposal, added that it was a "very grim day.
