Dallas Mavericks vs Oklahoma City Thunder Live Stream: Watch NBA Basketball Online

Western Conference rivals will meet for the last time in the regular season as the Oklahoma City Thunder host the Dallas Mavericks at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in the NBA. The match is on April 1, 2015 and begins at 8 p.m. ET.

Both teams are trying to secure their playoff places as Dallas are 45-29 and are seventh in the West, while the Thunder are 42-32 and hold the last seat for the post-season.

The Thunder recently won an important game against the Phoenix Suns when they met in Arizona.

With the Suns also a team chasing that last spot, Oklahoma City's 109-97 increased their distance from the pack behind Russell Westbrook's 33 points. D.J. Augustin also had a big game off the bench by scoring 19 points and draining four of his five attempts from beyond the arc. Dion Waiters added 18 in the game while Anthony Morrow converted 60 percent of his shots from beyond the arc.

The result places them 4.5 games ahead of the Suns, effectively ending their race for the post-season.

Meanwhile, the Mavericks have been in a slump lately and are risking losing three straight. They have already lost four of their last five, with the latest a 104-99 loss to the Indiana Pacers. Chandler Parsons scored 27 in the loss, while Dirk Nowitzki added 19, but the Mavs only converted 40 percent of their shots from beyond the arc while allowing Indiana to drain 59 percent of theirs.

The first three meetings between Oklahoma City and Dallas have resulted in two wins for the Mavericks. However, the last time they met at the Chesapeake Energy Arena, the Thunder overpowered them to a 104-89 victory.

In that match, Dallas' shooting was at 36 percent from the field and 33 percent from the three point line. Furthermore, they were dominated by Oklahoma on the boards with a difference of 62 to 39. Westbrook had another big game, scoring 34 points and dishing out 10 assists.
