'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Erika Girardi Ready to Heat Things Up for DWTS Season 24
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Girardi is all set to heat things up in "Dancing with the Stars" season 24. In the newest season of the reality dance competition, she will compete alongside the likes of Mr. T, Simone Biles and Nancy Kerrigan.
In a recent interview with FOX, the 45-year-old reality star said she aims to push every limit to show off her racy costumes in the show. According to her, she started performing as Erika Jayne in 2007 and she's always been the type who wants to have a good time.
As she bares her Erika Jayne persona in "Dancing with the Stars" season 24, she is ready to temporarily set aside the Erika Girardi that she is on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." The celebrity said she finds the ballroom the perfect place for Erika Jayne's over-the-top persona and fabulousness.

According to Girardi, "Dancing with the Stars" is a great way to take her other character into more homes and show the people what she's all about at the same time.
"It's also a great opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone to perform and learn something new every week," she said.
For Girardi, nobody should be worried about anybody on the show since they are all there to do their best. As season 24 premieres, she will do all she can to bring the right amount of energy and fire to the competition — two things she has always been known for.
Asked how she plans to handle critics who say that Erika Jayne is way too sexy for mainstream TV, Girardi said those critics are only boring themselves, adding that no one can ever be too sexy for mainstream television.
In a separate interview with Entertainment Weekly, the reality star teased that the upcoming episodes will be much more emotional than ever. She said the cooler heads prevail when it comes to reality shows, but it's normal to break down like everybody else.
"Dancing with the Stars" season 24 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
