Enstarz.com stated that "Dancing With the Stars" Season 20 would be a significant season for the show as it will mark its 10th year anniversary from its original running date on June 1, 2005.

Rumorfix.com meanwhile wrote in their report some names that are rooted to return to the dance floor next year.

Among the mentioned are Karina Smirnoff, Peta Murgatroyd , Witney Carson and Cheryl Burke.

Smirnoff, as the site revealed, has been on the show for 16 seasons.

"I love the show – I've been part of the show for ten years – at this point I think everybody is still trying to figure out what's going to happen with the big 20th season," the dancer was quoted as saying (via Rumor Fix).

The publication also cited Murgatroyd making a "good argument for her return."

"I think I've done a great job the past couple of seasons. I would be honored to be a part of it," she said.

Then there's Carson, the newest member of the DWTS family who also bagged the championship belt with celebrity partner Alfonso Ribeiro. She told Rumor Fix that "I don't know [if I'm coming back]. You should ask the producers. You should get on that."

As for Burke, RumorFix confirmed that the fan favorite won't be returning to the ballroom as she is now involved to a new competition show with NBC.
