'Deadpool' Film Releases Redband Trailer, Garrison Kane Cut From Movie

One of the most awaited films of 2016 "Deadpool" has already released its first trailer and it looks promising. It arrived online after premiering on "Conan", making last Tuesday night's episode of the show on TBS to be rated TV-MA due to the film's R-rated classification, according to reports.

The movie is expected to show so much explicit content including sex, violence and a lot of profanity that would not be appropriate for young audiences. Thus, a "14A" rating was given to the trailer, which means that only audiences aged 14 and above are allowed to see it without adult supervision.

Based upon Marvel Comics, most unconventional anti-hero "Deadpool" is the story of of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds). He adopts his alter ego Deadpool after being subjected to a rogue experiment that procured him accelerated healing powers and new abilities. He hunts down the man who almost killed him.

Tim Miller, director of the movie, also said that they initially featured the comic book character Garrison Kane. But due to budget constraints, they had to remove him.

"We had Garrison Kane in there for a while, but in the final round of budget cuts we had to take him out, because he was a pretty expensive dude. He's got these bionic arms that change shape; he would have been a visual effect for a large part of the movie," Miller told Empire.

Kane is recalled in the comics to be a mercenary with cybernetic enhancements that gave him the superhuman powers.

Reynolds will also be joined by other mutants like Angel Dust played by Gina Carano, Negasonic Teenage Warhead played by Brianna Hildebrand, Colossus played by Andre Tricoteux and Deadpool's sidekick Weasel played by T.J. Miller, reported Jobs & Hire.

The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on Feb. 12, 2016.
