Demi Lovato has made yet another change to her hair this week, debuting blonde hair in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday.

Simultaneously, the singer debuted her latest single "Really Don't Care" from her upcoming album "Demi." The album will officially be released on May 14.

Meanwhile, Lovato's fans, known as "Lovatics," are reeling with all the latest news about the singer, including her newly lightened hair.

The "Give Your Heart a Break" singer attended an event honoring the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration in D.C. where she paired the blonde hair with an ivory and cream-colored outfit.

Furthermore, Lovato wore her usually curled shoulder-length hair straight during the appearance on 2013 National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day.

In the past, Lovato has opened up about her ever-changing looks, and while her hair was still blonde on "Live! With Kelly and Michael," the singer admitted a fickle attitude about hair color.

"I think [blonde] is my favorite right now," she said at the time. "Just because, you know, it's the color I have right now and I don't feel like changing it."

Alternately, Lovato was also outspoken about other changes to her appearance, including tattoos.

At just 21 years old, Lovato already has 12 tattoos, including one on her left forearm of a friend's lips done in "a spur of the moment, stupid decision."

The singer admitted she has considered getting the tattoos removed, which can be both painful and expensive.

"I've thought about it before because, you know, when I get older I don't know if I want to have 'rock and roll' on my middle finger," said Lovato. "But I'm young and I can rock it now. When I get old, I can worry about it later."

Lovatics are also clamoring over the album leak of "Demi" this week. Take a listen to Lovato's new album on Vevo here.
