After the much success of the testing phase, ActiVision, its publisher, already flaunted that ShortList has considered the game to be "The FPS Event of The Year," while IGN admired its "incredible scale and scope."
Destiny is slated to hit PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on September 9 this year.

With regards to gaming consoles, some reports indicated that while PS4 could be "the best place to play Destiny," and that other platforms like the Xbox One and 360 might come short in magnitude.

However, Jason Sussman, the senior environment artist of the game developer company, straightly disagreed.

"No. We're working really hard to make sure that the best experience and the quality of the game we're trying to deliver is equal across the platforms," he said.

Sussman was also asked about Bungie's plans of releasing Destiny on PC.

"Wouldn't that be awesome?! ... But honestly we've been so focused on delivering the game on four consoles and it's such an undertaking. It's the most inclusive thing that the Bungie has been working on," he replied.

"We'll see what the future holds, but for right now we're focused on these four consoles," Sussman added.
