The Detroit Lions and the Minnesota Vikings will clash together on Sunday as both teams looks to make a push towards the play offs with a win. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream for free via the link below.

This NFC North clash will see third play fourth with everything still to play for, for both these teams. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 5-4 yet still lag in third in this hugely competitive division. However, they are just a game behind the Green Bay Packers and just two games behind Chicago. A win today would continue their push for the play offs, but a loss could make those postseason ambitions seriously falter.

Meanwhile the Detroit Lions are bottom of the division despite having a 4-4 record. In numerous other division that record would see them in second or third spot, but they will need more if they are to make the play offs in the NFC North division. A win today would put Detroit level with Minnesota on 5-4 and would begin to put the Packers within reaching distance. However, a loss for the Lions today would cut them loose at the bottom of the division and could permanently crush their postseason hopes.

These two teams clashed in Week 4 with Minnesota gaining the win thanks to their special teams performance.

The Lions are posting an impressive 410.9 total yards per game, compared to the Vikings' 334 total yards per game. Most of those yards are coming from the Lions' pass offense which is claiming 307.2 yards per game on average. The Vikings will have to try and stop the Lions in the air, while at the same time taking advantage of their superior rush offense. The Vikings are posting 145.4 rush yards per game on average so far this season, compared to just 103.6 yards per game for the Lions.
