DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good were one of three couples to grace the cover of EBONY magazine's February issue and recently offered a behind the scenes look into their photo shoot that featured a love letter that the newlywed husband wrote to his wife.

In the February issue of EBONY, Franklin wrote his new wife a love letter where he talks about being blessed to love the 31-year-old actress.

"I'm amazed at how incredible God really is. How incredible that He chose me with the blessing of loving you," Franklin wrote to his wife. "You are my true love. I can absolutely say I started living when you came into my life. Each day, I'm so grateful that I can love you and be loved by you."

The preacher went on to thank his wife with whom he exchanged nuptials last June.

"Thank you for breaking me out of the box and showing me what real life and love is all about. You helped me become whole as a man because you've helped me love," Franklin wrote. "God has used you to heal me and I will forever be grateful."

Good, Christian actress who stars on the NBC dramatic series "Deception," said she was thankful for the opportunity to be featured in the publication with her husband, a preacher and Hollywood executive.

"We're just thankful, blessed to have each other blessed to have the opportunity," Good said in the behind the scenes EBONY photo shoot featured on the magazine's website. "Blessed to be here, today's a good day."

While Franklin admitted that he is not as used to modeling as his wife, he did say the experience was fun.

"We're having a good time, learning all of these poses," Franklin told EBONY cameras. "You know this is a first time for me. I'm just learning from her on how to do it. It's a blessing to be a part of it and..black love what can you say?"
