Diana Ross Sign Off on Custody for Michael Jackson Kids Expected Soon

Diana Ross is set to sign off on a new custody agreement for Michael Jackson's kids. Ross is said to have no issues with a new agreement that would see TJ Jackson instated as a co-guardian along with grandmother Katherine Jackson.

Michael Jackson had elected long time friend and confidant Diana Ross to be the person to take custody of his three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket, should his mother Katherine be unable to fulfill the duties.

However, a very public spat within the Jackson household arose recently which raised doubts on Katherine's abilities to take care of the three kids. Katherine reportedly left her residence, leaving the three children alone for nearly two weeks without any notice or contact with them. It was later said that she was taking a break for medical reasons and did not want to be contacted, but many critics have still argued it was wrong to leave the children alone in the way events occurred.

It was reported that a group of Michael Jackson's siblings, including Janet Jackson, turned up at Katherine's house while she was gone to try and take the kids. But a very open and public feud was sparked, revealing to everyone that not everything was right in the Jackson household and family.

The fracas led to Michael Jackson's brother Tito's son, TJ Jackson, being appointed as a temporary guardian over the children. It now appears as though singer Diana Ross has no qualms about making TJ's position more permanent and officially making him a co-guardian of the children.

"Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children," a source told RadarOnline.

"Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them."

The three children are said to adore TJ Jackson, and he could be made a co-guardian in the very near future.

It has been reported widely that Jackson's siblings, Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson, have been trying to overthrow the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate. They allegedly believe that their brother's will is false. The will left everything in Michael Jackson's estate to his mother and three children, with nothing for his siblings.

More recent reports indicate that the three siblings have now been banned from entering the residence where the three children live with Michael's mother Katherine.
