He speaks about how much time humans spend on their cell phones instead of time enjoying life and being with those who love us. Technology, has made us more "selfish and separate" than ever before, he claims.

Our attention span has gone down and we have lost the ability to interact with one another on a meaningful level. We even have trouble experiencing things on a meaningful level as a result.

"Did you know the average person spends four years of his life looking down at his cell phone?" he said.

This video is very convincing and will have you thinking. It is actually quite ironic that his anti-digital message can only be communicated through a viral video.

Prince Ea clarifies his point by saying "take control, or be controlled." It is your choice.
