''I think kids will think he is the rude Doctor. You might want to cuddle him but he really will resist," he added.

Meanwhile, with the release of the new trailer for the episode entitled "Deep Breath," speculations pointed out that this season will feature more on the Time Lord's adventures in the Victorian London and less on his identity crisis.

A story synopsis of the Ben Wheatley-directed premiere was recently released.

"When the Doctor arrives in Victorian London he finds a dinosaur rampant in the Thames and a spate of deadly spontaneous combustions. Who is the new Doctor and will Clara's friendship survive as they embark on a terrifying mission into the heart of an alien conspiracy? The Doctor has changed. It's time you knew him," the summary states.

"Doctor Who" Season 8 Episode 1: "Deep Breath" will kick off with a global simulcast and cinema screening Saturday, Aug.23. To see the trailer click below.
