'Dominion' season 2 news, spoiler, cast: A war is brewing
Syfy's supernatural apocalyptic drama "Dominion" has had a good run so far this season with things continuing to stir, and episode 8 definitely ended with promises of more things to come. Viewers saw Risen revealing where the amphora is, after Julian had forced it out of him.
According to Design n Trend, Alex, Noma, and Michael will still go on their way to get to Vega, but the three simultaneously will have a serious problem in its hands as a looming attack on the city threatens to destroy it.
In the teaser released, fans got a glimpse of who the attackers are, which would be Julian's 8-ball army. Alex and Noma are seen trying to prevent the invasion but ultimately fail and ruin the two's chances of going back home. The battle that takes place on the outskirts of Vega looks to be quite intense and violent. Before deciding to combat the army, Alex informs Noma of the arrival of Julian's army and this certainly concerns Noma as she realizes that they will not be able to reach Vega. However, at the end, the two decide to fight against the army even if they knew of the dire consequences.

One of the things that has caused more excitement is the part where Claire catches a glimpse of Alex, while she looks at the footage of the war. Although initially fearful of the idea that they will be taken over by the "monster" 8-ball army of Julian, she is also stunned to see Alex alive. It is already confirmed that Alex and Clair will have a reunion; however, this good event might be followed by an intense situation of Claire making a crucial decision about the security of Vega.
Dominion episode 9 titled "The Seed of Evil" will air on Sept. 3, Thursday 10 p.m. EST on Syfy.
