'Dominion' Season 2 Recap, Spoilers: Episode 8 "The Longest Mile Home" Teases the Return of William Whele
The last week's showing of Syfy's hit apocalyptic supernatural drama TV series "Dominion" Season 2 revealed the reason behind Archangel Gabriel's hatred towards mankind and it involves the death of a loved one.
The episode titled "Lay Thee Before Kings" offered a flashback on Gabriel who, as it turns out, has reared a "Chosen" child named David. The battle that took place ultimately resulted to the death of Gabriel's offspring which in turn planted a seed of hatred on the angel's heart.
Back to the present timeline, the segment meanwhile found Gabriel and Michael bound by some Empyrean steel. Julian told the brothers straightaway about his evil plan to trade up to a new body. He does so by torturing them with electricity to weaken them and then take over one of their bodies.

In the upcoming episode titled "The Longest Mile Home," it is said that a mysterious person will be found wandering around and claiming himself to be the chosen one.
The report from Design&Trend.com cited the latest preview clip for the new segment which clearly teases the return of William Whele. Is he the person pointed out in the official synopsis who claims to be the chosen one?
The publication went on to drop more spoilers which said that Whele will be seen with several lash-like marks on his chest. This will get the fans thinking what happened to him when his father, David Whele, left him in the desert.
Alex, Norma, and Michael draw nearer to Vega or what was formerly known as Las Vegas. Julian, on the other hand, does everything he can to get Risen to talk. He wants to know where the amphora is. Once again, the higher angel who was once known as Lyrae, will use Risen's past to know what he wants to find out about.
"Dominion" Season 2 Episode 8 "The Longest Mile Home" airs this Thursday, August 27, at 10 p.m. on SyFy.
