'Dragon Age: Inquisition' DLC, Patch News: BioWare Reveals Details Of the Game's Final DLC Installment

BioWare just unveiled the final DLC for its critically-acclaimed action-adventure role-playing game, "Dragon Age: Inquisition" during the PAX Prime event which took place over the weekend.

Called as "Trespasser," the new add-on content is revealed to be the epilogue to the main game. Citing creative director Mike Laidlaw, the report from Gamespot.com said that the DLC is something that the studio "hasn't tried before."

Divulging further details, it is said that "Trespasser" will tell an "entirely new story" which is set two years following the events of the main game.

"The story explores what it's like to be a world-saving organization when the world no longer needs saving," Laidlaw said (via Gamespot).

Moreover, the new DLC offers players the chance to "meet and talk with old friends" as they embark on the mission to "uncover a new threat." In short, "Trespasser" seeks to "wrap up the overall Inquisition story" as well as offer glimpse as to what might come afterwards.

However, to play the new game content, players are required to complete the main storyline.

"This content marks the end of our time with the Inquisition," the game director said in his statement (via Gamespot). "I sincerely hope you enjoy it."

On related news, the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC variants of the game are expected to receive a new patch that brings "the usual fixes" as well as new features and functionality.

The update, according to the media outlet, will entirely be given as free.

The site mentioned the Golden Nug feature which basically lets the players conveniently "sync their collectibles across games" without the need to restart an in-progress game.

The syncing feature works with items including schematics, potion recipes, mounts, as well as Skyhold decorations.

There's also the new wardrobe for Skyhold which contains a "dozen outfits of varying colors." The new collection of clothes will be available once the patch is installed.

"Dragon Age: Inquisition" "Tresspasser" DLC launches this Tuesday, September 8. Stay tuned for more updates.
