"Duck Dynasty" star Missy Robertson says when she found out A&E had suspended her now reinstated father-in-law, Phil Robertson, one of her first thoughts was about the family prayer shown at the end of each episode.

"I was actually doing an all-day photo shoot for my clothing line when the news broke, so I didn't know anything about it until I walked in my house that evening and Jase told me," she told FOX 411. "After it sunk in a minute, my initial reaction was, 'Is Kay going to move to the end of the table and say the blessing?' We both chuckled at that thought."

The network placed Phil Robertson under indefinite suspension in December after an interview was published by GQ magazine in which he called homosexuality a sin. "Duck Dynasty" fans rallied together to protest the decision through petitions and boycotts, however, and the network reinstated him just nine days after the suspension began.

Missy says "Duck Dynasty" fans have not been shy about sharing their support for her family.

"They have gone out of their way to make a point in letting us know that they support our family 100 percent and appreciate our taking a stand for Christianity in a public way," she told FOX 411. "They also tell us that they are praying for us to stay strong and to not waiver from our values."

She also says "hundreds" of fans recently sent messages of encouragement both to her and to Jase, her husband, via social media websites after their daughter, Mia, underwent cleft surgery.

Earlier this month, Missy announced a new fashion line she created in collaboration with Stephanie Carter's Southern Fashion House. Her Spring Collection includes items such as dresses, "mix-and-match" tops and sportswear, according to a press release.

"I felt there was a void in the market for active, busy, working moms who want to look put together without having to put a lot of effort into it while staying modest and age-appropriate," Missy said in a previous statement. "These styles are reflective of the fun new fashions that can always be found in the junior section of department stores. However, the silhouettes in the collection are intended to flatter women of all ages, shapes, and sizes."

The season five premiere of "Duck Dynasty" aired last Wednesday night, bringing in 8.5 million viewers. That number is significantly less than the record-breaking 11.8 million people who watched the season four premiere in August, though last Wednesday's episode was by far the most watched cable program of the day, according to the Nielsen TV Ratings posted to Zap2It.com.

New episodes of "Duck Dynasty" air Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on A&E.
