Duggar Family News: Jim Bob and Michelle Criticized Anew After Posting Marriage Advice

While Jim Bob and Michell Duggar intended to inspire other couples with their recent Facebook post, it only gave their bashers a reason to criticize their family anew.

The Duggar family may have not always been in the good graces of the public, but there is no denying that the family fell from grace big time when it was reported that Josh Duggar actually had an Ashley Madison account and was even accused of "molesting" his sisters when they were still young.

While the scandal involved the eldest Duggar son, it had further affected how the public views the entire family, including the the Duggar patriarch and matriarch, Jim Bob and Michelle.

Recently, Jim Bob and Michelle offered some unsolicited marriage advice to their followers on Facebook as they posted a photo of them together. Unfortunately, the caption that came with the photo became another opportunity for their critics to bash the couple and their family

"Treasure your spouse! Godly husbands and wives are blessings from the Lord! Remember to tell them that you love them, that you are thankful for them, and that you will always have their back. It's the little things that speak volumes," said the caption that came with the photo.

While many of the family's Facebook followers agreed with the caption, thanked the Duggars for being an inspiration, and shared their respective experiences, others took the opportunity to criticize the Duggars as they connected the caption to Josh's scandal.

"I'm curious. Was Josh treasuring Anna when he was on Ashley Madison? The only thing worth treasuring here is your hypocrisy," commented one of the family's Facebook follower.

Others also dragged Jim Bob and Michelle's son-in-law, Derrick Dillard, in their comments, with one even saying that he is on his way to committing the same mistake that Josh did. According to the said user, Jim Bob should be blamed for it  when it happens as he does not give his children the liberty on who they should marry.

While the Duggars are already said to be accustomed to online-bashing, and they are not expected to respond to the recent negative comments, some opine that it would be better for them to be more cautious of what they post on social media as 99 percent of what they say is sure to attract negative comments.
