Former "Clueless" star Elisa Donovan was married over the weekend to Charlie Bigelow.

Donovan, 41, also had a recurring role on "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" in addition to her most memorable roles in both "Clueless" and "Night at the Roxbury." She wore an Elizabeth Fillmore dress and Jimmy Choo shoes to stroll down the isle in tears.

"After meeting three years ago in Sayulita, Mexico while vacationing with friends, we are thrilled to report that we were married on Oct. 13," the couple told People. "We credit Charlie's friend Owen for waving Elisa in from the beach in what would be the moment that changed our lives."

Donovan was the one to admit that she "cried through" the wedding. Following in the tradition of something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, she was comforted by an old "hankie" that once belonged to her late father.

The couple welcomed over 150 guests according to People Magazine. Among them were True Blood's Sam Trammell and his longtime love Missy Yager, Bruce Ferber, executive producer of Donovan's sitcom Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and of course their one year old-daughter Scarlet Avery. Scarlet was born in May of last year.

Donovan also told the magazine the she offered up an organic fair of meats and vegetables but skipped the cake in lieu of "an assortment of desserts, including French macaroons, mini cupcakes, warm cookies and milk and creme brûlée."

During the couple dance Donovan admitted that she and her now husband had not gotten a lot of practice.

"We had hoped to take a dance lesson beforehand, but it turns out planning a wedding with a 5-month-old doesn't leave you lots of extra time, so it never happened," she told People. "Since I'm a big salsa dancer I whispered, 'Let me lead...' to Charlie as we started and we went for it."
