Emily Maynard Engaged, 'Wooden and Boring'? (VIDEO)

With "The Bachelorette" down to the final five contestants, rumors have already begun that Emily Maynard is engaged.

Although five contestants still remain on the show, most viewers have already decided on who the final three bachelors will be and it looks like Ryan and Doug have been left out. On the predicted final list, largely based on the preview of the upcoming episode, are Jef Holm, Sean Lowe and Arie Luyendyk who all appear with Emily in Curacao.

Based on a blog vote, it would appear that Luyendyk has the upper hand. A racecar driver like Maynard's deceased husband, many viewers have decided that Maynard will choose to revert back to what she knows.

According to Life & Style, Maynard is already engaged with an impressive sized ring and talks of wanting a baby. The magazine reported that Maynard "loves" her new 4-carat ring and looks forward to having children. The magazine also proffered up details on the way the last bachelor standing proposed.

"The proposal, filmed for the final episode, which airs on July 16, took place in the courtyard of the Kura Hulanda resort on the Caribbean island," Life & Style reported. "The final bachelor was led through a grand sky-blue gate to where Emily stood ... the proposal took place in the middle of the night, which gave it a more intimate feel."

A friend of Maynard's also reported to the magazine that Maynard was happy as ever.

"Emily is still happy and engaged. She is ecstatic. She's over the moon and loves her ring. Ricki is really happy, too," the friend stated.

Viewers however, seemed to pay little attention to the news and instead were relieved that the season would finally be over.

"Emily is wooden and boring," Jessie commented on the Hollywood Gossip blog.

"I agree with that," Arnie responded. "That show this season puts me straight to sleep. I actually go take a shower cook dinner while it is on. I miss nothing exciting."
