Enjoy a Better Tasting and Fresher Communion With Pre-Made Crackers, Cups

Sometimes even the simplest things could use a makeover. For this company, they are reinventing the way the church receives communion.

Launching in 2012, Celebrate Communion, an eCommerce business in Olympia Washington, has been selling a record amount of their product and may soon lead the entire West coast in communion supplies.

Lori Ralls was on to something when she started packaging pre-filled communion cups with wafers.

The hot item sold 1 million cups in the first quarter after the launch, and received a ton of feedback on their social networks.

According to a press release, their products are the freshest because it is their sole responsibility to ensure so. They say most communion supply manufacturers have it as a side business to help supplement other Christian products, but not Celebrate Communion.

"Back in our early days both we and our customers noticed that the printing on top of the prefilled cups wasn't always consistent or legible. That's the first thing we fixed right away. By removing the printing and leaving the tops clear, it was easier for church members to see that there was both a wafer & juice all in one," Ralls said in a statement.

The new and improved cup was launched on May 22, and promises to be easier to open and sealed tighter.

"The most exciting part is that the grape juice in the prefilled cups tastes better! This is really a bonus because we had never received any complaints about the quality of the juice. It was great to know we had a good product to begin with and now it's just that much better!" she continued.

The new cups will also have twice as long as a shelf life and do not require refrigeration. The cups are also 100 percent recyclable.
