F1 Abu Dhabi 2014 Grand Prix Live Stream, NBC Sports TV Preview: Lewis Hamilton vs Nico Rosberg 'Showdown'

The 2014 Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina circuit will be held this Sunday, Nov. 23 at 7:30 a.m. ET and it is set for a "showdown like no other."

This season's climax will see the controversial inclusion of double-points available for today's race in Abu Dhabi, meaning that Hamilton's lead in the Championship Table to this point is not a large as it would seem.

"Fittingly, both Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg insist they won't be changing their philosophy to suit the occasion - which means both title protagonists go into the decider determined to win," Formula1.com reported.

Hamilton currently has the advantage of 334 points to Rosberg's 317. The 17 point lead would ordinarily have meant he could have finished much lower in the rankings today even if Rosberg won and still win the title. However, because of the controversial double points system then if Rosberg wins, Hamilton must come in second - anything lower would see the title controversially stripped from him.

If Hamilton fails to win the title today, then he will set the record for most F1 grand prix wins in a season without claiming the title.

"Going into this last one, I don't think there is a special recipe for it," Hamilton was quoted as saying during a press conference. "I just have to go and do what I have been doing - drive the way I have been driving - because generally it's been good. I won't make a mistake like I did [in Brazil]."

"There is zero comfort because it's 50 points to gain and that's never happened in Formula One before. It just so happens to be this season and, in the last race you never know what's going to happen. So I'm going into it to win," Hamilton added.

"Although this has been my first year fighting for a World Championship, I've never felt more comfortable than I have done this year," Rosberg meanwhile said.

"There have been difficult moments, just as there have been amazing moments - but this is what Formula One is all about and I hope that everyone watching at home has enjoyed the story of this battle as much as I have," he added.

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will be shown on TV on NBC Sports this Sunday. But there will also be a live stream online provided by NBC Sports Live Extra through this LINK.
