Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran Spark Romance Rumors

Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran have been fueling romance rumors once again.

On MTV's "Being Simon" special, the former pair packed on public display of affection (PDA) while spending the day together. The "Teen Mom OG" stars' relationship is constantly on the rocks, but it seems they still have feelings for each other.

"Are you telling your friends we're still dating?," Farrah asked Simon, to which he responded, "I still want to date you, I love you."

Farrah and Simon were seen splitting up in May on "Teen Mom OG." Since then, Simon's fans have been wondering about his relationship status with Farrah. Although they never revealed if they got back together, Farrah's recent tweets suggest their relationship is over.

The mother of one told fans to prepare for a "blast from the past" once the "Being Simon" special airs. She also shared retweets indicating that she and Simon are just business partners and nothing more. Fans might already know that the two have been working on various house-flipping projects together.

Rumors about their relationship status started buzzing online when they both posted photos in Greece. Simon spoke with E! News in late September and he said they are currently on a friendship level. He also admitted that he would rather keep their relationship that way.

"Her head game changed my mind," he explained. "She's great at it. Definitely knows how to cheer one up and put one in a better mood."

The rumored couple has been on and off for a long time. It was revealed earlier this year that Farrah had served Simon with a cease and desist order. When asked about his side, Simon said there is no bad blood between them and they are just "from two different worlds." Additionally, he mentioned that he still wishes the best for his ex-girlfriend.
