Crazy Taxi City Rush – the objective of the game is quite simple but requires dexterity of hands. The player, posing as a taxi driver, picks up passengers from around the area and delivers them to their destinations at a certain amount of time or less to earn bonuses.

Ice Age: Adventures – inspired by the cartoon movie "Ice Age," Ice Age: Adventures is a series of puzzle games that you play along with the sleazy sloth Sid. Brought to you by Gameloft, your objective is to rescue other Ice Age animals that are stuck by solving the puzzles.

Shoot in the 70's – this game will take football fans back in time as it presents the game during the golden age of the 1970s. Here, players will also be able to learn some interesting history of the past, including hairstyles.

Surgeon Simulator (paid: £3.99) – the popular blood-splattering medical simulator game from Bossa Studios now on Android. The game is all about you, playing a certain surgeon operating "the world's unluckiest patient" like transplanting eyes, teeth, kidneys, etc. You also have to make sure that your patient gets out of the operating table alive.

Productivity Apps:

Define – Define is one of the newest offline dictionaries for people on the go. It has a unique feature wherein you can find a floating button on your phone's screen that allows you to quickly access the dictionary. It has an offline database of over 100,000 words and their corresponding definitions.

BunkMaster – is an app that is likely intended for students who wish to monitor their attendance. It will let you log your attendance and during the course of time, the app will show you data statistics of your input data by way of cool pie charts or graphs. It also has notes, reminders and a homescreen widget.

BrightNotes – is an app that brings back the old-school way of note taking. BrightNotes has a Google Now like cards layout that gives you the option to sync your notes with Dropbox or GDrive. It's sleek, easy to use, and laden with uncomplicated user interface.

The Art of Thinking Clearly (paid: £1.49) – the popular book with the same title is now on Android. The app is packed with essential, real-life advices concerning decision-making, money, socialization, etc.
