'Frozen 2' Rumors: Movie Gets A New Villain

"Frozen 2" will introduce a new villain who will enter Arendelle and try to take the kingdom from Queen Elsa, the latest rumors say.

While the official release date of "Frozen 2" is still unconfirmed, rumors about the upcoming Disney film have been circulating online. Princess Anna may discover her new powers that she will use to fight off the villain who will trouble Queen Elsa, according to The Bitbag.

Earlier rumors suggested that Anna will turn into a villain and use her powers against her sister. However, the latest reports indicate that the villain will be a new character. There are also speculations that Anna will develop powers opposite Elsa's and that the story will end in an unhappy manner, the report relays.

"Frozen 2" director Chris Buck also hinted that the upcoming film will introduce the new member of the royal family. Based on his statement, fans speculated that the girls' brother is Tarzan, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

"Of course Anna and Elsa's parents didn't die… Yes, there was a shipwreck, but they were at seas a little bit longer that we think they were because the mother was pregnant," said Buck. "And she gave birth on the boat, to a little boy."

Buck added that Anna and Elsa's parents ended up in a jungle where they were killed by a leopard. This storyline serves as an opening point for the Tarzan story.

Another thing to look forward to in "Frozen 2" is the new popular song in the wake of the last film's theme song "Let It Go." There are talks about Elsa and Anna engaging in another wonderful duet. The new theme song promises to be a lot better than its predecessor, Movie News Guide reports.

Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell will still voice the two sisters. Josh Gad, on the other hand, will also return to the sequel to voice Olaf, the report adds.

As of now, the release date of "Frozen 2" has not yet been announced, but the earliest expected premiere is in 2017.
