Along with being thin, the Droid Razr also sports a wide display of features, including its Corning Gorilla Glass Super AMOLED advanced screen.

It will also have a Kevlar weave back plate, rather than the basic backing, and the Galaxy Nexus is also expected to debut with the Kevlar weave.

The Droid Razr will also have a stainless steel guard and nano-tech splash coating. The look of the upcoming smartphone is expected to be sturdy and advanced with its 7.1mm thick frame.

The Galaxy Nexus will also sport a thin body type; although, it is not nearly as thin as the Droid Razr with its 8.84mm thickness.

Both phones will include 1.2GHz dual-core processors and 1GB of RAM. However, the Galaxy Nexus’s display outshines the Droid Razr, in terms of size and resolution, with its Super AMOLED 4.65-inch screen at 720p.

The Nexus’s pixel density will also outshine most of the competition at 316ppi, but the Droid Razr will still be significant with its 256ppi.
