"This really builds on our service entertainment credentials and it will build on the entertainment credentials in the next-generation space. We will be making other announcements for PS3 and PS4 in the near future."
PlayStation Network account holders will be able to download the new app onto their PS3 systems stating today. In order to view "Game of Thrones," users must subscribe to the service's showcase package via the premium drama and movies tier. Users can subscribe by the month which means they can stop and start their membership on a month to month basis.
