General Hospital Spoilers for August 1-5: Plane Crash Aftermath Brings More Chaos, Drama; Is the Serial Killer Case Finally Solved?
Things are not the same for the plane crash survivors after their return to Port Charles. Franco is accused of being the serial killer.
Last week in "General Hospital" (GH), a plane crashed in Greece but Jason, Sam, Laura, Ava, Dante, Kevin and Lulu are expected to survive. GH spoilers for the week of August 1 reveal how the survivors get a chaotic homecoming and how they will come to realize that things are not the same since they left Port Charles for Cassadine Island.
Survivors
The week starts off with Ava thinking that Jason has died from the crash because he is not with the other survivors. Meanwhile, Lulu confides to Dante about the body she found inside the Cassadine Island tunnels. Dante convinces her not to talk about it yet because of the situation their group is in.

Things are not looking good for Kevin and he needs immediate medical attention to survive. Everyone is still in danger despite surviving the crash. Jason finally makes his way back to the others, but he has some bad news for everyone. Will they be able to get out of Greece and return to their families and friends?
Is Franco the GH Serial Killer?
Franco is now accused of being the serial killer after the lab results showed his prints all over the drug vial. He is brought in for questioning, and there is Liz who's trying to defend him against the accusations. Franco also gets his father, Scott Baldwin, to represent him in his legal battle.
Scott then tells Franco that he is better off with Nina. Meanwhile, Nina shares some information with Curtis about her past conversation with Franco, and this makes Curtis grow even more suspicious. Things will get more intense between Scott and his ex, Lucy, after they have a little too much to drink together.
The survivors will make their way back to Port Charles, according to the GH spoilers. Lulu and Dante will make a dash for the police to vouch for Jason's innocence before he is served a warrant. Jason will also be confronted by Sam for his previous actions. Later this week, he will plead with Ava to help him with his current trouble.

Meanwhile, Jax tells Carly to stop digging into Josslyn's kidney donor, and he even threatens her just to make her stop. Could this be because he was involved in the transaction for the kidney donation in the first place?
Alexis Davis gets overwhelmed with everything that has hit her all at once. During the week, she will be seen having a total breakdown.
Kristina tells Morgan about the sad state of her love life as she continues to obsess about Parker Forsyth. She continues to feel this way about him even after he dumped her.
Morgan's love life isn't doing great either. According to the GH spoilers, he will propose to Kiki Jerome, who apparently will not give him the response he wants. She becomes worried by his actions and thinks he is in a manic episode.
Nathan brings Claudette to GH after being hurt in the Jeep breakdown. This might get Claudette reunited with Griffin. Nathan then asks Maxie to forgive and trust him again. This week will reveal how furious she gets when she learns that he was alone in the woods with his ex and how close they got while they were stranded.
Spencer will nearly get kidnapped but Sonny will be there to stop the kidnapping attempt. Jason will be with Sonny when things start to get dangerous.
