'General Hospital' will be filled with suspense this week as the Fake Luke mystery escalates. Back in Port Charles, the feud between Franco and Sonny intensifies as shocking revelations are made.

On Tuesday, Silas discovered that Nina can actually walk on her own two feet. He also suspected that her sister might be hiding something more from him. Britt and Nikolas also talked about their relationship, deciding whether to make it official or not.

This Wednesday, fans will find Franco and Silas arguing about Silas's wife, Nina. Nina, on the other hand, will blackmail her ex-nurse Rosalie threatening to expose her secret.

Ava, meanwhile, has been experiencing pregnancy pains, putting her unborn child in a dangerous situation.

For Thursday, SheKnows has claimed that Morgan will try to find the pregnant Ava some medical help without alerting Sonny Corinthos about her whereabouts.

On the other hand, Nathan will learn something undesirable about Nina, who has been lying to him all along. Spoilers also point out that Franco will contact Michael to talk with him about an unexpected proposal.

To round out the week on Friday, Celeb Dirty Laundry has claimed that Franco and Sonny will continue to scheme against each other. While Sonny is plotting to take Franco out without getting any blood on his hands, the latter is also working on his master revenge plan on the mob kingpin.

Fans will also see Nina asking someone for help.

Further news indicated that Robin Mattson will once again return to the soap as Heather. Joining is Anthony Geary as Luke/Fluke.
