'Gilmore Girls' Updates: Paris Confronts Logan About Rory's Condition

Paris (Liza Weil) will hunt down Logan (Matt Czuchry) once she learns that Rory (Alexis Bledel) is carrying his baby in the potential second part of the "Gilmore Girls" revival on Netflix.

Rory's friends and family are expected to rally and show their support in one of the most challenging moments of her life. As spoilers indicate, Emily (Kelly Bishop) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) will make sure that Rory will not feel alone during her pregnancy. Although they know that she is a strong woman, being pregnant out of wedlock could be too much to handle, even for someone like Rory. Rory's friends are also expected to help out. Her best friend (and sometimes greatest enemy), Paris, will surely have a lot to say when the pregnancy news eventually reaches her.

When Rory and Logan were still dating in Yale, Paris did not approve of the relationship. She had always believed that Logan's playboy personality did not fit Rory's lifestyle. Ultimately, Rory's determination to continue seeing Logan changed her mind. She then supported her friend, though fully prepared for the possibility that Rory could have her heart broken in the process. Since she is one of the people who have no problems telling Logan off, the meeting between the two could be one spectacle that fans cannot afford to miss.

Meanwhile, Bledel recently bagged a Creative Arts Emmy award for her work on Hulu's "The Handmaid's Tale." Casting directors Sharon Bialy and Sherry Thomas recently talked to Business Insider about the reason why they picked the actress for the chilling role. According to them, they had watched Bledel in "Gilmore Girls" and just knew that she would be perfect for the part.

"I have a daughter who was obsessed with everything that Alexis Bledel was in, so we watched every episode of 'Gilmore Girls' more than once, in addition to the 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' movies, maybe ten times... For me, I felt that there was something more there than people had given her the opportunity to do, and so much of that is just the eyes. Those eyes are phenomenal."
